I made a bad decision with dinner today. I decided to eat the Asian Zing chicken wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. They definitely had sugar in them by the taste of it.Then because of that I decided to eat nachos and then that led to an even worse decision...cookies and candy!!! Ugh! Why is it when I mess up it leads to ...oh well I messed up anyways....lets add some more CARBS!!! One thing for sure, I decided when I got home that I would not continue the sugar binge. It's done. I will not do it at home. I am glad that my house is stocked with healthy food. So....that set back is done and over. I am drinking lots and lots of water and going to BED. I plan to eat atkins friendly tomarrow! :-)

I also have days when the "what the hell" syndrome kicks in. You just get back on and take control the next day. Life goes on!
