i haven't lost no weight and i no why i had a couple diet cokes i mean it no more i have been at 168 for 3 weeks i have fallowed it reasonably well except for diet coke . you would think i could stop the diet pop it's so hard for me stop am 61 ive been drinking it for over 40 years . oh well its time to stop,

We are the same age, so we've had the same indoctrination with the "diet" drinks. They are anything but as it turns out. I see you have experienced that first-hand. If I may make a suggestion, you might also want to ditch the sweet-n-low in favor of Stevia. Stevia is all natural and does not tend to have the side effects of the artificial sweeteners. I rarely use any sweeteners, but use stevia when I do. Looks like you're doing great so far. Keep it up!
