hi all, i cannot seem to stay on track. I'm very discouraged!!. I'm gaining my weight back. i was doing so well ,but now I'm feeling like a failure.

I hear ya and I'm right with, ya sista. I can't seem to make it back in the gym. I'm still watching what I'm eating and the portions and so forth, but I think it goes deeper than that. I'm discouraged, but perhaps for other reasons. You're not alone.

Kitty - you should never feel like a failure - think positive. It is never too late for a do-over. Have you stocked your kitchen (and packed your lunches) with healthy low carb foods so when you feel yourself slipping you'll have something delicious to turn to? Hang in there - you are worth it!!!

Just remember what was your motivation to lose weight in the first place. Why were you able to do it? Is it the same reason?
I remember the first time i did a low carb diet it was so easy!!!! i was a size 24, weighted about 275lbs and i wanted to lose weight and at the time it was something i could control, I HAD control over it, so i loved it. Second time around was not so easy, i only did 1 day and..... 2 months passed by before I made the decision again. And I just had to remind myself WHY i did it, im a size 14 and weight 222 lbs, so far i've lost 14 lbs or so, and and its two weeks since i started again, lol not alot i know but i know i will get where i want to.
