Had a few days away which meant a couple of meals out and more carbs than usual. It’s disappointing as I thought I’d done enough on the other 4 days for at least a stay the same- never mind. Back in plan now.
103.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
