Feeling like I am actually getting somewhere these days. When I started I was actually 6 lbs heavier than what my weight history says so I am really 13 lbs down. For two weeks my scales didn't move and actually went up time to time even though I was being faithful. I've walked every day for 9 days now, 1 hour each and feel like its really becoming part of my routine. Just two days ago did I finally get over my "plateau". My first goal is to hit 251. This will make me 20 lbs down. Hopefully I can get to it by next Friday. We'll see.
