I wasn't overweight growing up but found myself creeping up the scale in my 30's and 40's when I topped out at 240 pounds. In the spring of 2020 I made radical changes to my lifestyle and lost 40 pounds. However, I also lost my motivation and have been sitting in the 190's for a year. I am ready to get back on the horse in a modified, not as restrictive diet. i am hoping that being part of this community will motivate me as well as keep me accountable to my goals.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 0.3 kg.    Still to go: 28.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
