Gained .4 this week. That's okay because I ate fruit this week~Blueberries and cantaloupe. I miss fruit so much. I don't miss bread or pasta or cookies or any type of cake product at all, but I do miss fruit. I'll try to cut down on that and the almonds. My son is here for the weekend from Florida and I made those lo-carb pancakes with blueberries for breakfast, not bad, but it's his favorite not mine. They were very filling though, I do feel stuffed! I made the whole box so I have some left over. I will freeze them, I don't anticipate them being something I will eat many of.
