At this heavy, scales are so inaccurate. It’s hard to stay motivated when you stand on it differently and it’s a different number.

Hi C! Happy to see you back at FS :) I know the numbers can be frustrating; I eat healthy for one day and expect a 10 pound loss! Sadly, it never shows that LOL LOL. I get weighed in officially at doc's office in exactly 5 weeks and just ate a huge plate of fried potatoes. I read your post and realized Ooooopsssss I need to decide what I want to see on doctor's scale and how my lab numbers look. So time to get crack a lacking! Use the scale as a general guide. Mine seems kinda "similar" to doctor's meaning within about 1kg/3 pounds. Let's see what we can do these next 5 weeks - it's right after Labour weekend and will feel like fall. 5 weeks progress will lead to 5 months and a healthier start to 2023. We can do this!!! :)

Hear, hear! I’ve been trying since high school, to not be a looser. And look at me now. A darn good looking looser! Lol

I tend to re-weigh multiple times and go with the number that shows up the most frequently, lol. Although sometimes it's just time to get a new scale. 😏
