omelet with chicken breast and cheese + vitamins for women, it helped me a lot with energy, my periods and hormones, Omega-3 and grapes.. every morning routine, so far great results

what vitamins do you use? I'm not pregnant but I'm thinking of starting prenatal vitamins because I seriously felt my best when I was using them
