Yesterday was a bit difficult, but I'm sure that was due to, not only starting a new diet (and eating less calories, especially the first part of the day), but also because my work schedule changed and my lunch is now 2 1/2 hours later. I still managed to eat around 1300 calories, and I was going for 1200 to 1500 per day, so I'm pretty pleased. Dinnertime went well, and I got plenty to eat, it was just the first part of the day that was difficult. Hopefully as I get used to both my new eating schedule and my new lunch schedule it will get better.
