hey lovely ppl.
a quick question has anyone tried the weigh-less diet?
I'm trying to understand something. they break down ur portions into food groups. complex carbs, vegetables, fruit, proteins, dairy and fats. they don't count the carbs from the veg or proteins or fruit the same as they do complex carbs. i was a member a long time ago and they gave me 4 to 5 carbs a day thats 4 to 5 slices of bread a day. or rice and 4 bread or rice pasta and 3 bread etc. their carbs add up to between 50 to 75g depending on what u choose for the day. is anyone else doing it this way where ur carbs are just complex carbs and not the veg and fruit etc?
