I'm really frustrated that at 1500 calories a day (some days I'm starving myself at 700 calories) and exercise 3 days a week that I'm stuck at 150lb. I realize that your metabolism slows down as you age...but I absolutely hate being hungry all of the time. I'm so frustrated I'm ready to give up. Being shaky and hungry sucks!
68.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
