Got to the gym yesterday and realized I forgot my earbuds.I like to pick out one song and put it on repeat.Kind of gets me pumped and allows me to better concentrate.I struggled a bit to get through my workout but got it done.Added a protein shake with 1/3 cup of steel cut oats post workout.It will be a bit of increase in carbs 3 days a week so I will see how it goes.
