So today is the second day of having a 600 calorie breakfast and seeing how things go. I have to say that I have not been hungry yet, in spite of having fewer calories by this point than I typically do. My wife insisted we go to lunch so we did. :)
Weight loss between today (204.2) and yesterday (204.4) does not appear to be unusual, but I can vary quite a bit from day to day. After Tang Soo Do today my weight was down to 203.6, for example.
Also, in an effort to not be ghost-white I spent about an hour reading in the sun today. No sun burn, fortunately, we'll just have to see if I get any tanner.
