You can also reduce muscle soreness by eating carbohydrates before your exercise sessions. This enables you to start your workout with optimized glycogen levels. The less depleted they become, the less sore you will feel afterward. Plus, pre-exercise carbs can increase your energy and boost your performance.

Or, you can just be an dipshit like I am and roll in with your venti iced latte and wonder why you can't peel yourself off the couch come 4pm . I know better, but I don't always plan. Fortunately today I managed a banana and my electrolytes.

I reduce my soreness with a soak in the hot tub. Better is a massage 👍😁. Helps with sleep, too.

Right on Shrew that’s one way to not be sore! I lifted just briefly last night for the first time in a long time after unloading so today I was sore and reloading slow like an old man… wait I AM an old man! 😜 ✌️

@66Pack you're right - milk is actually a pretty well-rounded food (if you are not lactose intolerant or otherwise allergic), and has it's own electrolytes. I just need more food!

I always have carbs in morning when I workout. Especially when I do a double session. It dei fuels me👍💪
