Edit: 79% protein. Protein powders often have 2 measures, 'dry basis' and 'as is'. It's the 'as is' measurement you need as this is the amount of useable protein per 100g. Dry Basis is 81% on this one. Not a huge difference, but something to consider when trying to hit those numbers.
