I'm down 16 pounds in 7 weeks. The biggest accomplishment is I have stuck to my eating plan. I started at 246 and now I'm at 230.

My ulimate goal is 135, but my next goal is 217 because I haven't been below 218 in over four years. The next goal after that is Onederland, which I haven't seen in about 15 years.

Eek. I was in onederland 10 years ago, not 20, as my previous comment said. --Yes! Sticking to the eating plan is an excellent accomplishment. If that becomes habit, the rest of your weight loss is so much easier! It's good to focus on the daily grind of doing what you need to do, eating what you need to eat. When I focus on the future, or get to excited about my past weight loss, I get off track. Congrats on the weight loss, and congrats on forming healthy habits! I am hoping to get to onederland this fall - but for now, I need to focus on today and being consistent.

Thanks so much everyone! I stayed the same this week, so now I have to emotionally deal with a plateau. It's a struggle sometimes.
