I guess this can account for my lack of energy and emotional state for half the weekend! I don’t weigh during this time, the scale always is about 4 pounds heavier and it’s discouraging even though I know the cause sooo... I will weigh on this Monday coming. Anybody have any workout suggestions for this time...I get hit pretty hard I WOULDNT EVEN GET OUT OF BED IF I DIDNT HAVE TO!!!!!
