Week 7 Begins: Whenever I want to complain about losing only 1kg a week, I remember this lady on FS wholeheartedly celebrating her 6kg loss over 6 months. Puts things into perspective for me, every Kg counts and some will lose 2kgs a week others will lose 2kgs a month. We have the same goal but different journeys and bodies and its OK, as long as each day you move closer to your goal

Especially when it’s fat loss! And weight lost over a longer period of time is more likely to stay lost. But I don’t know… maybe it’s just me but if I have a bad weekend, my body takes like 3 weeks to stop throwing a tantrum.

@masenya I completely agree with you. I've lost 7kgs so far and the comments I'm getting are great. My clothes are fitting so much better and I look and feel different!
@maben, yeah sometimes people lose weight so quickly but they don't realise they may be losing valuable muscle! So slow and easy for me will have to do. It is a lifestyle after all so there really is no end date of when I need to have lost weight. Once I made peace with that things became easier to accept
