From hear forth this weight is going down. This Weight loss experience is really a journey and a half. It forces me to deal with issues I didn't even know were issues until I started confronting some of my behaviours. To know yourself means to also understand, acknowledge and accept the reasons behind your decisions and actions. Why you do what you and why you feel the way you feel and if you dont like the way you feel, change it.
