Well, I've had a bad month or so and put 5 pounds back on :-( I've been sick with a cold and sore throat for almost 4 weeks - and that did not help at all. I turned to comfort food (toast and honey) and started drinking wine through the week again. This has to stop. Sharon's wedding is one month away. I MUST lose at least those those 5 pounds back again - if not an extra 5. PLUS - I was looking at mother of the bride dresses for my own daughter's wedding and I look so fat in the pictures - ugh - I really need to lose at least 20 more before the wedding. So Day 2 is today - one foot in front of the other. I CAN DO THIS!
