Finally made it to the 180s 🥳 I am starting to feel much better in my body and I can't wait to see what's ahead of me! One thing I noticed and don't like at all that my BMs are less regular, but hope that will change again.

Bowel routine is especially important when you cut down your volume of food. (Voice of experience.) Look for ways to add fibre to your diet (I switched to 100% whole grain bread, and eat oatmeal porridge with blueberries several times a week, for example.) And don’t forget your water! It’s a challenge. You can do it!
