I've been sticking to the same diet and exercise as last week but it's slowing down a bit!

I was thinking over the last 3 days, maybe if I am losing weight so fast then I can afford to eat a little more each day...but maybe not. Only 3.5kg this week!
105.6 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
