The past 2 days I've felt like I've eaten like a pig, but keep coming up under 2000 calories. Last night to try and get the calories up, I ate some pork rinds while watching Fathead. I'm just not hungry. I'm getting my 20 net carbs, but forcing myself to eat when I'm not hungry.
I really love the Atkins caramel bar (for all phases) but it tends to spike my glucose and leave me with cravings. I wonder if I could eat half and save half for later?
I feel good, I'm not tired all the time like I was pre-Atkins. I'm even exercising now.
