Its been a while since I've done a P90X workout. I realize that with Insanity and Asylum I've been getting really lean; but I'm trying to actually put on some muscle. So I'm modifyiing my hybrid schedule to add more strength/weightlifting. This means I'll be getting a lot of quality time with Tony Horton.
