it is 100 percent going to be slower towards the end. it's part of the process. you may even go back up for a bit. this happened to me this past month I went back up then after 3 weeks finally broke bellow where i started the month at. stay the course and you will keep dropping the lbs just much much slower now

Keep it up. We'll definitely get there eventually no matter how slow, as long as we don't give up.💪💪💪

Don’t forget to recalculate your calorie needs as you loose weight. Your RDI will become less. Many forget that.

That seems to be normal. Happened to me too. I re-calculated my calorie deficit and it changed slightly. I still keep the same as before though because my average is about 1500 - 1600. I’m not willing to go lower.
It just takes a little longer is all. And that’s ok. Weight loss done properly isn’t fast.

Yes! I’ve reached that point too. But apparently doing 2x planks a day; one for 1 minute and one for 30 seconds has been showing me results too; not via weight loss but via reduction in inches. Try that to stay motivated. 💪

Kenna. That's a good reminder. I know I need to recalculate every so often. I'll do that today since it's been a while.

Thazul, that sounds like a plan. I'll have to do that.

Plooper, some things are worth investing a few dollars in. For years we had a scale that we kept hidden so I didn't have to think about my weight but that only led to me gaining a bunch of it. Now I weigh myself once a day first thing in the morning. You could pick one up at home goods store or order one off the internet.

Since, I absolutely must weigh in the nude it goes without saying I need a scale in my bathroom 😉😁. John, dropping your weekly calorie average by even 100 or so might give you a little Kickstart. But, it does usually slow down as you get closer to your goal.
