A cheesy, salt craving monster took over!!! 2 grill cheese sandwiches and 2 servings of fries!!! Nothing else to be said! Gotta work my butt off til Monday! I really hate to be out of control like that!

Tomorrow is a new day, you're doing great, just remember we all have those days and to remember that the next day is a new day and you can make a better choice next time. You're doing great and working hard and have been a great inspiration to me. If it makes you feel any better the other day I had a bad day and had some chocolate, then went to Mcdonalds, and drank a ton of soda. Boy did my stomach hurt and I felt miserable for making those choices, but boy did it feel good at the time. I have to remember that the feel good time is short lived. I am looking forward to reading more of your posts.
