Well Back to the documenting, Have lost 12 pounds as of this morning and feeling great. Have also started to not put salt on any of the food that I eat and to just strictly eat what comes in the food that i currently eat. I have not been working out as of yet just following the SBD and it is awesome. don't crave the things that I used to which is awesome. I am not missing the fruit and loving the veggies. it has rained where I live for 4 days now and can't really get outside which is lame but oh well. I am contemlating on registering for a marthon just not sure which one yet!! Anyways off i go!
