I had been stalled for SO long...months. I now believe it was from adding flax crackers and Quest bars to my menu. They might work for some, and might be ok for maintenance, but they did not allow me to lose. I've been doing 100g protein + low carb for a month now, and my weight is finally moving again! When I first started low carb, it took me a month to lose (maybe because this is my 4th time???). So it's not surprising that it took that long again. But I feel like I'm in ketosis again (breath is bad), and I'm losing a few ounces every day. SO glad to have the scale moving again!
