Freaked myself out a couple weeks ago and left onederland. Hit 200.2 after a particularly bad weekend. I guess that ended up being a good thing because it got me pretty seriously motivated again. I'm sure I was at the high end of a positive blip at the time. Now I'm at the low end of a negative blip perhaps but I feel like I'm more on track than I have been for quite a while.
