Still have not budged with my weight following on from my last weigh-in. Have been calorie counting and weighing my food, so I don't know where I've gone wrong. Hoping it's coming off in a day or so to keep me motivated.

That's annoying for you 😡 I had a real slow start this time around and it was torture. But I kept going and started to get results after about 3 weeks.

I tried many things until spotted what I need. Weight yo-yoing made me despair times. Now am trying to get back to eating and looking after myself habits from years I was in my best looking shape, and it is something like ...5 stones less 😁
Worked for me - steady weightless day to day. The only problem - not sure how long I'll keep on this path 🤣
