My son just turned 5 months old two days ago. I have about 5 more pounds to lose to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and then I would like to lose 20 more pounds for an altimate goal of 130. It is very difficult, I am still nursing my son and I feel hungry all the time and there is a lot of stress in my life right now. I find that I like to eat sweets like donuts and cookies and I like to have beer. I need to stay away from the pastries and stick to fruit and veggies and keep exercise.
