Glad I had a good loss again after not losing anything last week. Still working on my mindset regarding my relationship with food and not seeing it as reward, especially knowing that sugar etc will make me feel bad afterwards. Where is the reward in that? lol I surpassed my goal for this month 🥳. My next goal is to be below 182.8 lbs, which is the lowest weight I can remember being at as an adult (down from almost 300 lbs, highest recorded weight 272.8 lbs in 2014/15)
