I'm still jealous of that 3,100 RDI, and BW bench press!

Yes I do eat meat, just had tuna on my salad today, did an omelette a couple of weeks ago. I do like a steak every now and then too.

Hey Bearwood, I'm still pushing to go heavier on the bench press weight. Managed 7 reps at 111.3kg yesterday.

Well done! Earned your cheesy beans on toast then. 111.3 is closer to my deadlift than my bench :(

Keep up the good work Bearwood. Just go at whatever pace you are comfortable with. You'll continue to see results as long as you are consistent.🙂
I haven't done much with deadlift etc. Because I'm still waiting on the DVLA for my import car registration, walking to the gym is basically the replacement for leg day hehe 😅

Thanks Gary. I keep plugging away. Don't know about replacing leg day, but walking to the gym sounds like good LISS cardio for recovery from your heavy lifting. I try to cycle to the gym instead of lazily using the car. Current fuel prices are an incentive to leave the car at home.

I imported an old school Japanese Suzuki Swift Sport in the best colour. Yellow! I also have a Nissan Silvia from a while back but needs work and with current fuel prices, the Swift is more of a fun smiles per mile car.
