A few days ago I asked you guys how do you deal with a stereotypical routine, how do you stay motivated... I really appreciate your comments.. I started to go out more, my workout routine is different and I've always wanted to try Tai Chi, if there's anyone from Ottawa area and know about a good Tai Chi class let me know 😊 thank you again for your advice! 🙂
