No loss this week 🤷♀️. Not too happy about it, but I will take it. It is my TOM which leads to some water retention and some snacking, plus I had a bad week pain wise, which led to restless nights and no energy for workouts (got plenty at work though 😊). Gotta make sure that next week will be a good one and maybe I can hit my next mini goal 🎖
