Today was a good day.Did an hour of cardio in the morning.Kept to my diet all day and drank a gallon of water.Also hit the weights in the evening.Now If I could do this everyday for the next few months I might actually get into shape.lol

A gallon? How do you do it?! I'm up to 72oz a day, and even that is tough, lol! Good for you for sticking with your diet and exercise... It's not easy at times, but sooo worth it!

Thanks! I just get a gallon of water for each day of the week and keep it with me until it's finished.The quicker I get through it the less time I have to lug it around with me all day.lol

You should always take at least one day off. Body needs time to build and repair. Keep at it, I was 208 four years ago when I started, I still move up and down, but only between 160 and 175 or so. Most of that is summer cheating.

Yeah I'm just feeling carb depleted and being a bit of a wise ass in my post. I know better than to lift everyday.Not eating correctly is what holds me back every time too.
