I have gained 5 lbs this week. So disappointing, but I know what happened. I tested positive for COVID-19. I was very fatigued, and couldn't do much. I'm single, live by myself. I ate a lot of convience food thar didn't require much effort because it's all I could muster. Dammit, time to get back on track.
