Yesterday marked 75 days since my weightloss journey started. Without a single cheat meal / treat. I could feel myself becoming fatigued so decided to take a much deserved day off of weight loss focused meals and enjoyed a little sushi, which honestly tasted like HEAVEN. I'm also semi resting today - but tomorrow I begin a 34 day "All in" challenge until my birthday. I would like to drop at least 3kgs by my birthday but honestly will be happy with whatever I get - the point is really to give my best and refocus for the next 34 days.
