Im so frusturated I have no Idea what to frigging do, no matter what I try to avoid I always give in, I have gained 7 lbs in 4 weeks! this totally sucks! tomorrow is weigh in day! and Im going to try Really hard this whole week to lose 3 lbs of that 7 I gained! no Junk food tomorrow and nothing through the whole week! Im really going to try! must get back on track, get some cucumbers, and carrots and stuff like that if im hungry! no cookies, granola bars, puddings, fresh fruit and vegies from here on out!
