I had a pretty high calorie day yesterday. I went out for Japanese with one of my best friends. I ate 3 pieces of a hirumaki roll (snow crab w cream cheese and avocado and I think shrimp in a wonton deep fried) EEP! That was the appetizer! I also had a Tokyo City roll which was rice, asparagus, spicy tuna, salmon, and cream cheese with a spicy mayo sauce wrapped in a soy paper. That one wasn't terrible for me. I also had about half a cup of fried rice and a cup of hibachi style vegetables. Granted, I ate this over a span of 4.5 hours.. but still, I ate it! My day would not have been bad (just sodium wise) if I had not indulged in a ton of candy in the evening. *sigh* It was only 1750 calories. The carbohydrates and sodium were astronomical though. Along with the fat.. ooops! 52 grams of fat; 230 g of carbohydrates; 4370 mg of sodium. Today is a new day though! I've done fantastic! Oh oh oh oh oh!
ACCOMPLISHMENT! Last night, I left the movies at like 9:30. I wanted to go to Taco Bell SO BADLY on the way home. I talked myself out of Taco Bell.. and into a milkshake from Baskin Robbins! I talked myself out of the milkshake and into a cinnamon dolce skinny latte! I was super proud of myself! At the end of the night, I only added 100 calories to my night as opposed to 1200!
Small accomplishments!
