Down 1/2 pound which is good because I did not do so well eating this weekend. Today I start the 10,000 steps a day challenge. Wish me luck. Last week I was averaging 2,500-3,000 steps a day so this is going to be a challenge to get to 10K! I am going to walk at lunch before I eat and then again during my afternoon break. Might have to figure out a way to add steps in the evening without going outside since it is dark by the time I get home.
