I’m struggling to lose weight and it’s so frustrating. I’ve increased my water intake to 80 oz/day. I work out doing strength trying 5 days a week for 30 minutes. My caloric intake is 1300 calories per day. My diet is balanced with very little sugar intake. Maybe a piece of candy every 3 days or so. I cannot seem to lose …. any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated!!
