Ok, I did it. Stuck to my calorie goal for the day and I'm done eating for the day......However, this is where I usually fail. Even though I am full and not hungry, I always end up failing after this point, sneaking a little snack, and then feel guilty about it, and then eat a bunch of stuff because I feel like I failed my diet for the day. I'm just hoping to make it through the night!
