Beach - Spinach 67 g = 15 calories. Ground Chicken 4 oz = 120 calories. Gorgonzola 32 g = 126 calories. Blue cheese dressing 43 g = 210 calories for a total of 471 calories.

Morgan, it's spinach that I chopped up small (personal preference). 92% lean ground chicken cooked in skillet with seasonings of choice, them mixed with chalula chili garlic hot sauce. Placed chicken on top of spinach and topped with gorgonzola cheese and blue cheese dressing. Easy peasy!
