I’m the same as you are doing now- a low carb drink, sometimes I’ll have a few frozen blueberries, or if I have lean protein cooked ; eg leftover chicken I’ll have a small serve if it’s really intense my cravings

I usually go for some popcorn or 2 boiled eggs. It’s light and not heavy on calories. 🙂

Ok awesome thanks for the tips and for answering my question. I’m going to make a note of these and do it next time I experience that

I also try some good streching excercises just to get your mind refocused and then drink at least a glass of water.

I usually cut a slice of cheese and snack on it, helps a lot! I would also agree with the boiled eggs, that is a Winner! Let’s just say, keep it protein at least…👌🏾😊

I’ve never really been a fan of eating at night… I usually just drink tea or coffee. No coffee doesn’t keep me up, idk why either… But if I’m in a bind I’ll have boiled eggs.
You’ll be over your calories but rather that than binging right?

maybe this is weird, but sometimes it helps to drink some water. It really has worked for me. i don’t know if it works for everybody.

I have something warm to drink, but something "special" like the rooibos freshpack Cuppacino Chai tea. It is something like 89 calories - so I keep it for special occasions, but it really helps when I feel like I need some comfort food

Like the others mentioned - boiled eggs are also a winner and drinking water - but if you drink too much late at night, you might need to get up often for the bathroom 🙈

I just make myself some green tea and feel sorry for myself, then go to bed😂

Drink decaf, hot lemon water or tea.
Brush teeth. Go to sleep.
Just accept it. It's not a bad thing to feel a bit hungry.

I am no expert..rather listen to the people that has lost alot more😄, but I always feel snack / cheat with an healthier option than a chocolate, chips or bread... so these are better options snacks (only 1, not the lot😉); small yogurt, cup full of popcorn, cup of cucumber, hand full of nuts, a fruit) with a cup of lekker warm tea.

I brush my teeth. The mindset of "my mouth is clean" helps keep the cravings away. Also the mint flavor helps.

I just go to bed. My last meal of the day is at 6pm which is family dinner time, after that I fast until lunch the next day. If it's really bad I will have tea or water. I read somewhere that hunger is cyclical so if you wait long enough the feeling goes away, works for me!
