So I began in early December counting Weight Watchers Points. No meetings, no weigh-ins, just me myself and I. Begin every day well after planning the night before. After work is when I usually cave. However, I did manage to drop 10.5 lbs over the Christmas holidays. Now it's only 8 lbs. I'm not thrilled, but that is still better than a gain. I have to keep trying.
117.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Stick with it! Sounds like you and I started around the same time....I was gaining weight all last week, but have now lost 3 lbs in the past week. Sometimes it's just a fluke, it's how your body works, but sometimes taking a look at what you have been consuming can help you pinpoint the problem (that's what happened to me last week). You're doing great though, it will likely turn around again soon as long as you keep at it.
