I'm still here. I haven't fallen off the wagon!! Work has been soooooooooooooo crazy lately. There's barely enough time to breathe!!!

I'm down another lb.!!!!!!!!!!!!

I leave for my cruise in 3 days and I'm pumped!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a terrific time. avoid the buffet tables--go to the captain's dining room--you can order just what you want, it is prepared as you order, better quality and hopefully less calories....enjoy
