after eating out last night at Iron Chef, I gained .4 pounds. I know its a gain, but I am content that it was just .4. Eating at a chinesse place, I just never know exactly what I am getting even tho I ordered without the sauce or rice. I didn't eat any of the soup either and on the salad I ate it dry without their dressing.
