Yesterday I worked in the garden and I had to stop and rest in between planting each plant. This time next year I'm going to be able to get up off the ground easily and do that job in a reasonable amount of time. It took me hours.

On a good note, my eating has been mindful. No mindless eating since I started fresh a few days ago. Grabbing a few chips out of the bag and snacking while I cook dinner was always a downfall. Now everytime I eat, it's a purposeful event on a plate at a planned time. It is all recorded here. That's all a huge step for me.
